This is STVL

At Stand Together Ventures Lab, we believe better is always possible and that the people closest to the problems are the ones most capable of solving them.

We back entrepreneurs who refuse to settle for the status quo. In health care, they are putting patients in charge of their own care. In education, they are creating systems that treat every student as an individual, not a number. In the economy, they are unlocking opportunity, fueling innovation, and expanding the chance to rise. These aren’t distant ideals. They are urgent challenges shaping daily life and we stand with those moving faster than the problems.

Across these areas, we see founders turning vision into reality. They are creating alternatives that expand access, reduce costs, and return agency to the people they serve. They prove that change is already underway.

We have partnered with entrepreneurs opening new learning pathways for families, designing ways for people to pay for care directly, and building housing models that lower costs and expand supply. Each of these efforts is a proof point that when people, not systems, are the customer, better outcomes follow.

What sets STVL apart is not only what we invest in but how we show up. We are a focused team with conviction and care. We bring curiosity to every conversation and urgency to every partnership. We push for bigger visions and celebrate progress that compounds over time. For us, partnership is never only about capital. It is about belief in people, trust in their agency, and the shared pursuit of impact that lasts.

This is the first post in a new series where we will share how we invest, what we look for in founders, and the ways we add value beyond capital. Think of it as an open door into how we work and why this work matters.

If you are a founder building in health care, education, or the economy, we would love to hear from you. If you are an investor, partner, or operator who shares this vision, let's connect.

This photo captures something simple and essential for us: the work matters and the people make it meaningful.
