School choice is no longer a niche policy conversation. Programs like ESAs, vouchers, and scholarships have expanded across 34 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. At the same time, 75% of U.S. parents have considered, searched for, or enrolled their child in a different school. The demand is clear.
